Personalized nutrition takes the guesswork out of daily meal planning and helps you say yes to the foods that match your health needs and goals.

During our session, I will share nutritional knowledge with you that is specific to your personal situation. You may be surprised what we uncover, including what foods are healthy, and what foods are likely making your health situation worse. I will break some of the long-standing myths around foods and show you how simple changes can have a major impact.

Here is a list of some common conditions that can be helped through the right choice of foods:

  • Digestive issues – bloating, cramps, constipation and diarrhea, discomfort, etc.
  • Daily struggles – feeling tired, foggy, unmotivated, disoriented, difficulties focusing, etc.
  • Body weight management – storing weight around the waist and cravings battles
  • Mental health – anxiety, depression, ADD, ADHD
  • Immune system – reoccurring sicknesses
  • Hormonal imbalance

Initial appointment

Our first get-together is a comprehensive session in which we review your health history and discuss your current nutritional goals. Based on the gathered information, I will create a personalized nutritional plan for you. I will include tips on how to maintain healthy eating even when faced with challenges like a busy schedule, a low desire to cook, or any other resistance.

Second appointment

In this meeting, you will be presented with your own personalized nutritional plan created from the information gathered at our initial appointment. I will make sure that you are comfortable with it, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that you know how to get started. I will provide recipes and ideas for meals that include foods that are beneficial to your specific situation.

Follow up appointment

A follow up appointment is needed to discuss your progress and plan for the next steps. This appointment can also be used for a grocery store visit, a pantry clean up, or for learning how to meal plan and prepare certain meals.

Investment – Initial Package

$200 (incl. tax) – including:

  • initial appointment (90 minutes) and one follow-up (60 minutes), including email support; consults can be done in person, or via phone or Skype
  • personalized nutritional plan with recipes including suggested foods
  • recommended supplements protocol (supplements can be purchased at extra cost)

  • 60-minute appointment
  • a summary of our get-together

7-Day Personalized Meal Plan – optional

$100 (incl. tax) – including:

  • meal plan with breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a list of suggested snacks
  • deliciously healthy recipes
